Clients frequently ask us to handle the full management of the property for the duration of the tenancy. Typically this service includes rent collection, dealing with tenant problems, scheduling periodic inspection checks; and arranging necessary repairs to the property.
To our many overseas clients this is an essential part of our letting service, but increasingly many of our resident clients are also opting to leave the business of managing their investment to us. This service benefits both landlord and tenant as the landlord can be assured that rent payments are collected on time while the tenant is assured of prompt service when it comes to arranging essential repairs etc.
Free advisory service
A useful element of our management service is our free advisory service, which is available to our
clients whose property we manage, on a year round basis. Market values, insurance reinstatement costs, local authority registration, mortgage rates, aspects of the Landlord and Tenant Acts and capital gains tax, are just some of the issues which concern our clients from time to time.
