Property / Lettings Manager

We wish to appoint a Property / Lettings Manager to take responsibility for this growing sector of our business. The suitable candidate will take charge of a substantial property management portfolio and seek to further develop new business in this area. Experience in a residential lettings / property management role would be desirable , however experience in retail management or similar roles may also be relevant. The candidate should have a good work ethic, capable of working on own initiative and possessing excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. Candidates should own a car and hold a full driving licence.

Lettings Negotiator

We currently have a position for a Residential Lettings Negotiator in our Rathmines office. The suitable candidate will conduct rental valuations and secure instructions to let and manage houses and apartments within the Dublin city geographical area. Operating in a competitive market place the candidate should hold good communication, time management and negotiating skills. This is a rewarding role for an energetic person who is target driven and capable of working on own initiative. Prior sales experience would be an advantage however, full training will be provided for the suitable applicant. A full driving licence, car as well as a knowledge of the Dublin city area is essential.
